Why is it faster than FLUX.1 dev?
It samples in 8 steps versus FLUX's 30-step default, so it renders faster and costs less to run.
Does it support Face Lock?
Not currently — Face Lock (PuLID) runs on the FLUX family. Z-Image Turbo renders straight from your trained LoRA without a separate face-lock pass.
